Start from a tree sketch, before making steel tree , have to make a fiber glass samle first ,worker cut stainess plates to wrap on tree. Full welding seams.
The surface will weld and polish to mirror grade , looks like all-in-one making after pre-assembly
Take whole tree to vacuum PVD coating workshop , we have 3 meter diameter 4 meter deep big cave for steel coating .
